Sloe Gin – Gippsland Harvest
Handpicked from the wild hedgerows of a Gippsland dairy farm, our Sloe Gin captures the true spirit of place and story. Each berry was carefully gathered by hand, then frozen immediately after picking to naturally concentrate its rich, tart flavours. The fruit was then gently steeped in our gin for four months, allowing the deep crimson colour and complex character to slowly develop.
The result is a rich, velvety spirit with layers of plum, almond, and subtle spice — a perfect balance of sweetness and warmth.
