The Whisky
We partner with some of Australia's best up and coming Whisky makers to get access to their new make spirit. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy the aging process, sample along the way to see how your unique environment is developing a once off Whisky. Its pure, unaged state is a canvas waiting for your personal touch. Usually we will barrel at about 63% abv.
The Casks
Our 20L premium French oak casks are the key to unlocking the full potential of your whisky. Sourced from the Tasmanian Cask Co, every cask is recoupered french oak and has had a port produced in it, these casks impart rich and complex flavours to your whisky as it matures. Each cask is a work of art on its own.
