This bottle is the result of 13 kilos of prime Victorian cherries, crushed, fermented and distilled. In line with traditional European methods only yeast is introduced preserving the pure cherry character. Call it eau de vie, schnapps, brandy or whatever you like, it has a deep cherry flavour, that is absolutely Klar.
